What happens to the details you share when you book with Berkeley Bound. Short version: we only use them for your consultation.

What we collect
When you book a free consultation, we collect your name, your email address, whether you are a student or a parent, and the time you pick. If you email or message us, we also get whatever you choose to send.
How we use it
Only to set up and hold your consultation: we add it to our Google Calendar, Google emails you the invite and a Google Meet link, and we may email you about that booking. We don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Google Calendar
The site connects to our own Google Calendar ([email protected]) to check which times are free and to create your booking. It does not access your Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Booking details stay on our calendar until they’re no longer needed. Ask us and we’ll delete them.
Your choices
To see, change or delete what we hold about you, or to cancel a booking, email us at [email protected].
